Rather than charging you a percentage of your spend as per industry standard, we operate on a fixed fee basis. This approach ensures our guidance remins objective, considered and fully aligned with our clients interests rather than being focused on what you are spending.
We believe that meaningful gatherings and philanthropatic initaiatives are best shaped by intention not urgency.
Corporate Experience
Advisory & Design
For organisations seeking refined events that facilitate purpose led engagement with stakeholders, clients or leadership.
Includes:
Strategic advisory and objective alignment
Create event narrative and design
Stakeholder and guest journey planning
Fundraising and partnership integration (where necessary)
Vendor and partner management
Oversight and management.

Investment: from $12,000 CAD engagement fee or monthly retainer from $3000 CAD
Private Commission
Designed for individuals and families marking significant life moments, legacy gatherings, private philanthropatic events and family milestones.
Private comissions are accepted on a limited basis each year to ensure attention and integrity.

Investment:
Minimum investment per engagement $10,000 CAD
The one time event fee will be quoted once the scope of the event is agreed upon.
Philanthropatic & Fundraising Advisory
For charities, foundations and private donors seeking a more rational and suatainable approach to fundraising build on relationships and connection.

Includes:
Fundraising strategy and donor alignment
Campaign or event design
Relationship led engagement planning
Vendor and donor management

Investment:
To maintain integrety we do not bill based on a percentage of your event budget.
Through consultation we create an agreed upon plan, budget and scope of work before quoting a fixed fee to curate your findraising event.
You will be quoted prior to the commencement of the project and retainers and fees will be paid monthly for the duration of the project.
Minimum retainer $3000 CAD per month.
